Expiration Date
We'd like to remind you that for products with an expiration date, returns requested after the expiration date, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.
Damaged or Contaminated Products
In the unlikely event that you receive our products damaged or contaminated, please let us know and we will happily replace your bottle.
Refunds
If you're seeking a refund, we ask that you kindly return the item within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must remain unopened and in its original condition. Please ensure that you include your receipt or proof of purchase with your returned item.
Please email us to get a shipping label. A return will result in the full refund of your purchase price excluding the shipping fee. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once your returned item reaches us, we'll give it a thorough check and promptly let you know we've received it.
Once approved, the refund will be initiated back to your credit card or original method of payment. The time it takes for the credit to appear on your account depends on your card issuer's policies.
